  • Deliver an annual programme of events  - town centre events improve the visitor experience and attract more footfall. Events have covered the key themes of food, fashion, children/family, music/culture and the evening economy as well as supporting festive activities.
  • Partner with 'Reward Your World' and local organisations to deliver mobile customer loyalty programmes
  • Execute eye-catching marketing campaigns regionally and nationally to highlight Reading as a leading shopping, buisness and leisure destination. Reading's first marketing campaign specifically supporting the Christmas offer took place in Nov/Dec 2013.
  • Bespoke www.rguide.com promoting Reading's night-time offer
  • Promoted 'Reading UK' branding to position and underpin Reading as a brand both nationally and internationally.
  • Bespoke promotions using local and regional media promotional relationships
  • Customer service initiatives including skills training to enhance retail and hospitality skill levels, adopted and promoted WorldHost standard of customer service.
