The Partners

Reading and the wider Thames Valley LEP have big ambitions for growth, but how could we all work together to help Reading grow and diversify?

Reading UK 2050 was established by Reading UK CIC alongside Board Partners, the University of Reading and Barton Wilmore to deliver a strategic, long term vision that will support Reading’s growth and prosperity, ensuring that we can deliver a legacy of a truly smart and sustainable city, come 2050.

The partners have been collaboratively driving a series of workshops and sessions with a wide range of organisations and people from across Reading and the Thames Valley region to develop an economically viable and evolving future vision for Reading 2050. The latest report documenting the vision can be seen
