Thames Tower Secures News Residents


THAMESTOWERThames Tower has secured 5 new tenants over the past month, taking the total number of residents in the tower to 12. 

MBNL - an award winning broadband provider and a joint venture between EE and Three - are moving from their current offices in Amersham, into 14,000 square foot on the 6th floor of the tower. 

Architectural practice Broadway Malyan will move from their current office in Theale, into 4750 square foot on the 5th floor of the tower; alongside Clarkslegal who took 8550 square foot back in late 2017. 

The Make-A-Wish foundation - a charity that arranges experiences for children with life-threatening illnesses - are moving from their current offices in Camberley to take 4150 square foot on the towers 7th floor; alongside HSBC.

RDNGTWNCNTR TRAINSTATION 210415Planning and regeneration consultants Nexus Planning are moving from their current offices in Weybridge to the Thames Tower in the summer of 2018. 

Ericsson have signed a 10-year lease to occupy 37,600 square foot over three floors in the tower. They are moving their UK headquarters into the premium office space, from the current location of Guildford Business Park.

Work is already underway to establish world-class ICT facilities in the centre, from which Ericsson can run a state-of-the-art Network Operations Centre to manage mobile infrastructure and services for operators across the UK. 

The Thames Tower is a high-profile landmark that immediately greets anyone entering the town from the station, situated less than a minute from the station itself on Station Hill.
