You can reach Reading directly by train from over 200 towns and cities across the UK with GWR, South West Trains and CrossCountry trains running services through Reading. Reading’s fantastic new station is located just 200 metres from the town centre shops so enjoy Reading without the car. The Twilight Trail this Christmas is also a short walk from the station. Come by train! 

Park & Ride

Choose from convenient park and ride sites to the south of Reading (Mereoak at Junction 11 of the M4 and the Madejski Stadium) or from the east (Winnersh Triangle -Junction 10 M4/A329M – SATNAV RG41 5RB or the Park & Ride at Thames Valley Park at the bottom of the A329M) with fast direct buses into the town centre. Parking is included – just pay on the bus.

By car

Look out for the real time signs on the major routes into the centre for details of available town centre parking spaces and local information. There are car parks at Broad Street Mall and the Oracle as well as Queen's Road and Reading Station.
